Rebecca Tolhurst (BHSci - CM/ BHSci - TCM [Herbs]) is registered with the Chinese Medicine Registration Board of Victoria in the divisions of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. In 2006 she graduated from her second Bachelor of Health Science degree at Victoria University of Technology. Rebecca practiced in Geelong at bodi therapies from graduation until December 2008. From 2008 until the present she has been working at Beijing Chinese Medicine Centre with Dr Tian-Hui Xiao.
Rebecca understands the necessity for client satisfaction and is deeply committed to the principles and philosophies that lie within Traditional Chinese Medicine. She believes in the importance of providing comprehensive treatment to clients and incorporates numerous modalities to achieve the best results possible.
Rebecca has experience successfully treating a broad range of complaints including: Infertility, Pregnancy and pre-natal support, morning sickness, Irritable Bowel syndrome, Chronic fatigue syndrome, Pre-menstrual syndrome and gynaecological problems, headaches and migraine, anxiety, depression and insomnia, Restless Leg syndrome, Shingles and post-herpetic neuralgia and fibromyalgia. Her special areas of interest are drug and alcohol detox, infertility, mood disorders and chronic fatigue syndrome.
